    • Technical lead for the central training and administration system. Coordinated a team of developers and ensured the timely delivery of key project milestones, with a focus on process digitalization, system integration, and continuous platform improvement.

    • Developed a large-scale digitization platform covering all Austrian conscripts (ages 16–55).

    • Responsible for regular project planning, sprint efficiency improvements, and team coordination.

    • Modernization and ongoing development of the „bundesheeronline“ platform – from interactive form creation to backend integration of complex workflows.

    • Award ????: Project „bundesheeronline“ recognized at the Austrian Public Administration Award 2025 (category: Innovative Service Design and Digital Services).

      Backend and Embedded Systems Engineer: GitHub Profile 

        • Led the development of the third generation of IoT hardware (MQTT integration, latency optimization) and deployed to 100+ devices.

        • Maintained and improved the second hardware generation, increasing device reliability and extending lifespan by ~25 %.

        • Developed internal tools (e.g. RF diagnostic tool) for optimizing device placement and reducing operating costs.

        • Enhanced and expanded the Payuca app, increasing active users by ~10 % monthly to over 100,000 users.

        • Migrated from serverless DynamoDB structures to a centralized PostgreSQL database, simplifying business processes and improving data integrity.

        • Developed automated testing solutions for NFC and BLE validation, as well as OTA firmware updates (reducing update duration by over 90 %).
